Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and innovative Automation Specialist with a strong background in AI-driven automation platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing automation workflows using tools such as Make.com, Voice flow, ChatGPT, and similar platforms. You will play a key role in enhancing our operational efficiency by automating processes, integrating various systems, and creating conversational AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Design and Implement Automation Workflows: Leverage the full capabilities of the Make.com platform to design, implement, and optimize automation workflows that streamline business processes and enhance efficiency.
- AI Integration: Develop and deploy AI-driven solutions, including chatbots and voice assistants, using platforms like Voice flow and ChatGPT to improve customer engagement and operational effectiveness.
- Make.com Expertise: Utilize the advanced features of Make.com, such as scenario building, real-time data synchronization, and multi-step automation, to connect and automate various software applications and tools.
- System Integration: Ensure seamless data flow and process automation by integrating various systems, applications, and tools within Make.com.
- Testing and Optimization: Continuously test, monitor, and improve automation workflows on Make.com to ensure reliability, effectiveness, and scalability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and customer support, to understand automation needs and deliver tailored solutions using Make.com.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of automation processes, workflows, and integrations on the Make.com platform for future reference and training purposes.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on using and managing automation tools, with a particular focus on Make.com.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in automation, AI, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful automation projects.
- Deep understanding of Make.com’s functionalities, including scenario creation, data mapping, and API integration.
- Experience with AI tools like Voiceflow and ChatGPT.
- Strong understanding of APIs and system integration.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation and integrations on Make.com.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly detail-oriented with a focus on delivering accurate and efficient automation solutions using Make.com.
- Expertise in automation platforms such as Make.com, Zapier, or other AI-driven automation tools.

Bonus Skills:
- Experience with other automation platforms and tools.
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts.
- Certification in relevant automation or AI tools.
