In this role, you will coordinate dispatch operations and contribute to the smooth execution of internal procedures. The Dispatcher will play a key role within the operations team.
We work with 3, 5, 7, 8, and 9 car haulers.
Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF Editor;
Relevant experience in Car Hauling;
Advanced English communication skills (intermediate/advanced level);
Excellent organizational skills, sociability, and negotiation abilities;
Capability to manage and confirm loads for multiple locations;
Continuous monitoring of road conditions and traffic events to optimize transport routes;
Polite demeanor, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

What We Offer:

Management of a minimum of 4 trucks;
Full-time position with the following work schedule:
Monday - Friday: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Saturday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM (depending on workload);

Attractive financial package with a commission of 2.5%+ and motivating monthly bonuses.
