Legal Advisor

What do we expect from you?

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Legal Advisor in the finance or banking sector
Strong knowledge of corporate law and legal procedures
High professional ethics and integrity
Excellent communication skills
Extensive experience in drafting and analysing commercial contracts

Your responsibilities:

Provide accurate and timely legal counsel to Management on various topics
Research and evaluate legal risks associated with business operations and decisions
Communicate and negotiate with external parties
Draft and review legal documents to safeguard the company’s full legal standing
Monitor legislation changes and ensure compliance
Represent the company in front of state authorities, investors, shareholders, etc.
Provide support for investor and lender requests with relevant legal documentation.
