- Making reservations tailored to customer preferences and budgets;
- Promoting and selling our travel services;
- Fostering and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English (B2+);
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Prior experience in travel services or sales is preferred;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks independently;
- Quick learner with strong time management skills;
- Willingness to work night shifts;
- Professional and friendly phone demeanor.
