Key Responsibilities:

AI Systems Design & Development

Architect, develop, and deploy automated systems for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), data analysis, reporting, and performance insights.
Build and customize AI tools including voice AI agents, chatbots, virtual assistants, automated workflows, dynamic reports, and notification systems.
Design and implement outbound automation workflows for communication, lead generation, follow-ups, and customer engagement.

Integration of AI Platforms & Frameworks

Integrate AI frameworks and platforms (LangChain, GoHighLevel, n8n, Make, Zapier, Huginn, Airflow, Vapi, custom Python modules) with internal infrastructure such as CRMs, ERPs, analytics dashboards, websites, and email systems.
Architect and deploy end-to-end AI pipelines using platforms such as VAPI, Retell AI, Synthflow AI, Voiceflow, and related voice automation technologies.

Operational Automation & Optimization

Identify manual, repetitive, or hidden processes that can be automated using AI-driven solutions.
Build AI agents capable of handling leads, customer communication, internal workflows, and operational tasks.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously optimize AI agents and automation systems to ensure stability, accuracy, and scalability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enablement

Work directly with internal departments to translate operational needs into automated solutions.
Provide training, documentation, and best-practice guidelines to help employees adopt and effectively use AI systems.
Measure and report the impact of deployed AI tools across business operations.

Must-haves:

Minimum 3 years of experience working with AI-driven technologies (LLMs, RAG, RAGAS, TruLens, embeddings, vector databases, transformers, Hugging Face ecosystem, PyTorch, LoRA/PEFT).
Proven hands-on experience delivering production-grade AI solutions using integration platforms such as Clay, Zapier, Make, or similar.
Strong background in architecting and deploying complete AI pipelines using Synthflow, VAPI, Voiceflow, Retell AI, or equivalent voice automation platforms.
Solid understanding of API integration models (REST, SOAP, Webhooks, GraphQL, gRPC) and managing complex schemas across SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases.
Experience integrating CRMs (Bitrix24, HubSpot, amoCRM) with external services and automation layers.
Practical experience working with multiple SaaS solutions in production environments.
Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
Strong communication skills in English and Romanian/Russian.
