KURTEX is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Data Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing key performance metrics related to the efficiency and profitability of our trucking operations. This role requires an understanding of data analysis, as well as the ability to translate findings into actionable insights that can drive operational improvements.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Romanian and Russian.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Analyze safety data to identify trends and risks that may impact operations.
• Calculate and evaluate truck profitability and performance.
• Assess the efficiency of dispatchers, team leaders, and other operational roles.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize performance across the company.
• Provide detailed statistical analysis for decision-making at all levels of the company.
