Financial Controller

Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Financial Controller to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support the accurate preparation of financial statements. This role is key to analyzing performance, monitoring costs, and developing strategic reports, with the ability to not only interpret data but also design and implement processes, procedures, and reporting tools that contribute to the overall optimization of financial activities.

what you will be doing:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts, providing financial insights to support decision-making.
• Internal Controls & Compliance: Monitor and enforce internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate financial risks.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to financial processes for increased efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data is accurate and timely.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS, GAAP).
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent English (german will be a plus)
