HR Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring that our workforce is engaged, motivated, and aligned with our company values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance to managers and employees.
• Handle employee relations issues, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Maintain employee records and HR metrics to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop workforce planning strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role (2+ years preferred).
• High proficiency in English, Romanian and Russian
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions effectively.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
