About the Company
We are a U.S.-based trucking company with an operations office in Chisinau. Our fleet runs nationwide across the United States, and our Moldovan office manages dispatch, safety, HR, accounting, and maintenance operations.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Manager to join our team and oversee all office HR processes, from recruiting and onboarding to attendance monitoring, policy enforcement, and employee engagement.

Requirements
- Proven HR or management experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Previous experience in trucking or logistics is a strong plus
