IT Administrator

We are looking for a proactive IT Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure, ensuring the seamless operation of our systems, networks, and applications. This role requires a versatile and self-sufficient professional who can effectively function as the sole IT expert in our local office while coordinating with our partners in Venray. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• End-to-End IT Management: Oversee and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including networking, systems administration, and application support 
• Security & Compliance: Implement and monitor ISO security standards to ensure compliance and best practices 
• Odoo ERP System Administration: Manage, customize, and enhance our internal ERP system 
• Hardware & Inventory: Maintain IT hardware, manage inventory, and oversee procurement when needed 
• IT Support & Onboarding: Provide comprehensive IT support to employees, including new hire onboarding and technical guidance 
• Collaboration with HQ: Act as the primary liaison with the IT department in Venray for all related matters. 

Who we’re looking for:

•  At least 2+ years in an IT administration role, preferably in a self-sufficient capacity
• Exceptionally motivated junior candidates with a strong technical foundation and the ability to quickly grow into an independent role may also be considered
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Active Directory/Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Defender, Hyper-V)
• Solid experience in computer networking (Dell, Sophos, MikroTik preferred but alternatives are accepted)
• Good understanding of security best practices in IT administration
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA) are a plus but not mandatory
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of IT operations
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
