Junior IT Project Manager (No-Code Focus) – Remote Position

Appassion is a dynamic team of web developers building modern web and mobile applications using no-code tools combined with classical coding. We are passionate about digital innovation and committed to delivering efficient, scalable, and intelligent solutions to clients around the world.
We are currently seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our fully remote team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with limited experience or recent entry into the field who is eager to grow in the tech industry.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project roadmaps, ensuring on-time delivery and consistent quality.
• Work with CRM systems and project management tools such as Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Linear, or similar platforms.
• Participate in IT projects focused on process automation and digital transformation.
• Assist in the preparation of technical specifications and take part in testing, refinement, and implementation.
• Contribute to the creation of internal documentation, including project guides and instructions.
• Help organize and manage large sets of project-related information.
• Communicate with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment and progress.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn no-code platforms and tools.
