Logistics Specialist

Location: Chișinău, Moldova

We are looking for a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Logistics Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Manager of Logistics in daily operations.
• Coordinate inbound and internal logistical needs within the Republic of Moldova (RM).
• Collaborate with the Procurement department to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure the correctness of all transport documentation (import/export).
• Search for logistical solutions and improve existing workflows.

Requirements:

• Higher education.
• Fluency in Romanian and Russian; English is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics within RM and Romania.
• Experience in other markets is a plus.
• Good knowledge of transporters and freight forwarders in RM.
• Experience with maritime transportation is an advantage.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple priorities in a short period.
• Teamwork and cooperation with other departments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with 1C Software is an advantage.
