Recruiter (English-Speaking)

We are looking for vibrant, energetic, and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit professional drivers through job boards, referrals, social media, and outreach to diverse communities. Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews in English (Spanish is a beneficial skill).
• Build a consistent pipeline of qualified driver candidates (company drivers, owner-operators, etc.).
• Coordinate background checks, MVRs, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and track hiring progress.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Collaborate with dispatch, compliance, and safety teams to align hiring with operational needs.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
• Previous experience in driver recruiting, dispatch, or transportation staffing preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations, CDL requirements, and driver qualifications (a plus).
• Comfortable using platforms, spreadsheets, and online sourcing tools.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse candidates.
