RPA Developer

Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of RPA Developer.

Job title description:

The RPA Developer will design, develop, test, and deploy robotic process automation solutions that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

what you'll be doing:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities
• Work closely with business analysts and process owners to translate requirements into automation workflows
• Build reusable RPA components and follow best practices for scalability and maintainability
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of bots
• Manage bot scheduling, monitoring, and exception handling
• Maintain technical documentation for developed automations
• Support RPA solutions in production and implement enhancements as needed
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and IT standards

what we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in RPA development
• Hands-on experience with at least one RPA platform (UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism)
• Strong understanding of process automation, workflows, and business rules
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., VB.NET, C#, Python, or JavaScript)
• Experience with databases, APIs, and web services
• Knowledge of exception handling, logging, and version control
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• English – intermediate or advanced proficiency
