Sales Manager (Night Shift | Commission Only)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team for the night shift at our office in central Chișinău.

Responsibilities:

• Actively sell company products/services to new clients
• Communicate with leads and clients in English
• Manage the full sales cycle: from first contact to closing deals
• Keep accurate records of interactions and sales results

Requirements:

• Confident spoken and written English
• Previous experience in sales (B2B or B2C is a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to work independently
• Availability to work night hours 5\2 17:00 - 2:00

Working conditions:

• Night shift
• Work from office in central Chișinău
• Payment: commission only (percentage of completed sales, no fixed salary)
• Flexible schedule within night hours
