Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer
Location: Chișinău, Moldova (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Type: Full-time
Contract: Employer of Record through a Moldovan company registered in the IT Park

About the Company:
Join a rapidly growing international tech company developing an advanced AI-powered SaaS security platform. The product is designed to provide organizations with full visibility and control over their SaaS ecosystem by identifying and managing both authorized and shadow applications.
Using generative AI and real-time interaction graphs, the platform helps businesses protect sensitive data, ensure proper identity access governance, and maintain regulatory compliance.
With over 120 integrations, including Microsoft 365, Slack, and Salesforce, the solution empowers security teams to streamline operations and reduce risk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire development process from initial design to implementation and deployment;
• Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and Client Services teams to ensure features deliver maximum value;
• Contribute to architectural and technical decisions;
• Deliver high-quality, scalable front-end experiences integrated with robust backend systems.

Company Tech Stack:

• Go, Scala, TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes (K8), Docker, Clickhouse, Earthly.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in full stack development, with a clear emphasis on front-end;
• Hands-on production experience with:
  - React (4–5 years)
  - TypeScript
  - HTML/CSS
  - Front-end testing frameworks
  - API integrations (REST, Swagger, gRPC)
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, including architecture, testing, code review, deployment, and documentation;
• Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Backend development experience with Go, Scala, Python, Java, or C++;
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL or similar databases;
• Previous experience working in security or SaaS products.
