US Software Solutions is looking for a Strategic Operations Coordinator to support leadership and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role combines project coordination, executive assistance, and client support in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication;
• Assist with organizing meetings, preparing updates, and tracking progress as required.;
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and handle documentation;
• Support leadership with a wide range of operational and organizational tasks;
• Gather, analyze, and present data to support decision-making;
• Prepare reports, summaries, and other materials to assist management;
• Provide flexible assistance in areas requiring additional support to ensure business continuity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field;
• Equivalent experience in operations or administrative support (preferred);
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Proficiency in MS Office.
