Support Manager | SONR

Simpalsis one of Moldova’s largest media and technology companies, managing the most popular classifieds platform, detailed maps of Moldova, animated content, breaking news, effective advertising solutions, internationally recognized swimming and freediving devices, online ticketing, urban greening and murals, and major national sports events.

Currently, we are actively developing SONR (www.sonr.pro), a dynamic project aimed at delivering top-quality products and experiences to our customers. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Support Manager to join our team.
 
Requirements
  • English level B2+ (written and spoken).
  • Experience in customer support or client service - a plus.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, Bitrix24) - advantage.
  • Experience with ticketing tools (Jira, Trello, Notion) - advantage.
  • Confident written communication (email, chats, social media).
  • Ability to work with FAQs and knowledge bases.
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce (orders, payments, refunds, tracking) - a plus.
  • Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills.
Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via email, social media, messengers, and CRM.
  • Diagnose basic technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions.
  • Manage orders, payments, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
  • Communicate with courier services regarding delays, lost packages, or reshipments.
  • Update internal knowledge base, FAQs, and customer instructions.
  • Maintain ticket statuses and notes in the CRM.
  • Prepare simple weekly reports: inquiries handled, common issues, feedback.
  • Share customer insights with product, logistics, and marketing teams.
  • Support basic administrative tasks: documents, forms, spreadsheets.
