Short description:
As a Lawyer in our Tax & Legal Team, you will be encouraged to get involved in dynamic and complex activities, such as:

• Tax & Legal advice (both in Chisinau and in the country)
• Drafting actions, legal/tax opinions, legal forms
• Drafting contracts, analysis, and verification
• Activities in relation with the Registration Chamber Office (establishment of commercial companies, modification of company’s registered office, etc.)

Requirements:

• Economic/Law graduate.
• Good knowledge of civil law and civil/tax procedure law
• Legal consulting experience (contracts, legal opinions, etc.) and litigation
• Previous experience in corporate and commercial, administrative, labour law is considered a plus
• Very good command of English
• Planning and organization skills, result and deadline-oriented
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Initiative, flexibility, accountability, team spirit.
