Tech Lead (.NET)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tech Lead (.NET) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of our back-end systems. You will work closely with our product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of our back-end systems
• Work closely with our product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our business requirements
• Analyze and react to operational metrics (throughput, latency, error rate, queue depth, etc)
• Apply sophisticated engineering techniques and operate as part of a team
• Integrate with various types of services, including geolocation, EDI, mapping, routing, as well as partner companies such as shippers, brokers, etc.
• Monitor system and infrastructure performance
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on .NET/C# and Azure
• Experience with CosmosDB, Cognitive Search, Blobs, Tables, Queues, Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Fabric
• Strong understanding of parallel and concurrent programming
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to quickly ramp up on multiple technology areas
• Fluent in English
• Proactive and result-driven with a strong customer focus
