Training Manager
We’re Hiring Training Manager!
McDonald's is looking for a motivated individual with a passion for developing talent and supporting growth.
You’ll progress step by step - starting as a Crew Member, moving into the role of Manager Trainee, and eventually growing into a Training Manager. In this role, you’ll be responsible for training, coaching, and mentoring new managers, new crew members, as well as current team and management staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor training programs for new and existing managers and crew members.
- Conduct training in both restaurant and classroom settings, ensuring staff development and organizational growth.
- Regularly identify and analyze training needs within the organization.
- Support team members with coaching, feedback.
- Learn all areas of restaurant operations.
- Manage and motivate team members to deliver great service.
- Listen to calls/webinars from the corporation and implement and review what you learned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Training or teaching background is preferred.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Positive, hands-on approach to learning.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and computer skills.
