Accounting and Customer Support Specialist

We're looking for the Accounting and Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Chisinau.

Working hours 16:00 till 01:00 (Moldova Time Zone)

Responsibilities:

Generating weekly reports on fuel consumption and making weekly invoices.
Marking invoices as paid in QuickBooks
Accounts Receivable (follow up on the overdue invoices, contact debtors to remind them about the outstanding balance) and Accounts Payable (as assigned)
Reporting
Completing databases with all required information.
Follow up on the unread emails/messages/missed calls
Providing support for creating users, adding/deleting drivers, activating/deactivating cards.
Offering prompt and efficient assistance in password recovery and account management to ensure adequate security and accessibility.
Collaborating with CPS technical support / Operation team to ensure accurate fuel accounting and timely resolution of any issues.
Onboarding for customers
Any other tasks which may be assigned

Required competencies:

Attention to Detail
Software: Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, also ability to work independently
Language Requirements: Fluency in English is mandatory; Russian and Romanian
Customer Service Orientation: A genuine desire to assist customers
Experience in customer support position/accounting in trucking industry will be a strong advantage
