Accounting assistant

About us:
We are an asset-based trucking company operating in the United States, managing a fleet of over 100 trucks equipped with flatbed and step deck trailers.
As our company and fleet size increases day by day, we are actively seeking new talent to join our Moldavian team.

Position Overview:
This role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, performing data entry, and processing invoices. You will primarily communicate with customers via email and text, manage invoices, and handle collections. The ideal candidate should have strong PC skills and experience with Excel. Prior experience in accounting or familiarity with any accounting software is a plus.

Office presence is required. This is not a remote position.
Working hours are from 15:00 - 00:00
