Job Brief: identify and pursue business opportunities with existing and potential clients with the all product categories, brands and products of “Orhei-Vit” and strategizing to expand the company's footprint in the market of Romania.
Main Responsibilities:
develop and maintain strong relationships with the at least 5 Key Accounts in the retail industry of Romania, understanding their business needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with products or services.
developing and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from each of the at least 5 Key Accounts.
acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for up selling and cross-selling.
bridge communication and co-ordinating sales and other activities including working with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met.
sales reports and conducting regular business reviews and performance analyses for key accounts, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance client partnerships.
negotiating contract renewals and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and key clients.
analyzing competitor activities and market dynamics, adjusting account strategies accordingly to gain a competitive advantage.
keeping track of key performance indicators (KPIs) and key account metrics, using data-driven insights to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
participating and support budgeting process at “Orhei-Vit”.
Studies, skills, abilities:
higher studies in the economic/commercial or another fields;
work experience in trade beverage and food subdivisions for over 5 years;
developed market and sales analysis skills;
strategic and operational planning skills in the field of sales;
involvement in sales activities of new products on the national market;
developed thinking in business;
skills in the systemic organization of work processes;
knowledge at a professional level of the principles of organization and management of the trade service;
spirit of teamwork;
managerial skills;
know foreign language: Romanian and English.
