We are looking for a reliable Support Tehnical manager to act as a communication point for brokers and truck drivers.
The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in a fast paced environment.

Salary start $700, depending on the candidate’s skills and experience.

Experience using trucking software preferred.
Required Computer and Software Skills: Basic experience using computers.
Experience using dispatch and trucking software preferred.

Responsibilities:
Manage incoming internal and external customer phone calls, exercising judgment within specification of standard practices.
Work in the software transport management system.
Ability to keep calm in stressful situations, flexible willing to work in day and switch also to middle shift.
Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
Ability to put together a team of professionals.
