What you'll do:

Engage potential customers;
Identify new business opportunities in freight brokerage;
Identify carrier capacity and negotiate competitive rates for freight services;
Maintain long-term relationships with customers and carriers;
Coordinate and monitor freight shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and customer satisfaction;
Maintain accurate records of transactions.

What we're looking for:

Experience in freight brokerage or similar position (USA & Canada);
Proven record of meeting and exceeding targets;
Excellent communication, multi-tasking and negotiation skills
Customer-oriented mindset;
Availability to work Monday - Friday from 15:00 to 00:00 (Moldova time).
