HR Manager

We are looking for a responsive and organized HR manager to join our team. If you want to work in a dynamic and supportive atmosphere, actively participate in administrative processes, and be part of a successful company, we are waiting for you!
Responsibilities:

Active search for candidates through various channels (job search platforms, social media, personal recommendations, participation in job fairs).
Creating and posting job vacancies on various resources.
Conducting initial interviews (via phone, video call, or in person).
Coordinating interviews.
Organizing and conducting onboarding.
Maintaining a candidate database.
Organize the office activities and ensure its smooth operation.
Assist in preparing and coordinating the onboarding processes for new employees.
Manage document flow and archiving.
Search for and negotiate with suppliers of office services and products: stationery, equipment rental, cleaning services, etc.
Assist in organizing corporate events and team-building activities.
Create and maintain databases of employees, suppliers, contracts, and other documentation.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in a similar position (preferred).
Proficient in office software.
Knowledge of Russian, Romanian, and English.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
Responsibility, attention to detail, organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
