Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the telesales team to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Develop and implement telesales strategies to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
Monitor team performance, provide ongoing coaching, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Analyze sales data, create performance reports, and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align sales strategies with business goals.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Telesales Manager or in a similar leadership role within sales.
Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive the performance of the team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and optimize sales processes.
Experience in financial services or a related field is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
