After Hour Dispatcher

At the moment we are looking for a responsible After Hour
Dispatcher to support a growing fleet.
This position can be performed partially remotely. If you are motivated, friendly and cooperative, and have abilities to dispatch freight, join our team!

Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer and resolve inbound phone calls from Drivers, Customers, and Co-workers while providing a high level of customer service
• Able to provide detailed route instructions to Drivers utilizing planning software
• Think critically and proactively to address and resolve problems

We offer:
Full time position on weekdays:

• 1st shift: 12 AM to 7 AM (MD time)
• 2nd shift: 7 AM to 2 PM (MD time)

AND on weekends, there are 3 shifts:

• 1st shift: 9 AM to 4 PM
• 2nd shift: 4 PM to 1 AM
• 3rd shift: 1 AM to 9 AM
