Breakdown Maintenance coordinator

We are currently seeking dedicated and knowledgeable individuals to join our Afterhours Breakdown Team.

Position Summary:
As a member of our Afterhours Breakdown Team, you will be responsible for promptly responding to breakdown incidents during non-business hours. Your expertise will ensure our fleet remains operational and our drivers receive the support they need in urgent situations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to afterhours calls regarding breakdowns and vehicle malfunctions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of vehicles to diagnose issues.
- Coordinate with roadside assistance services for repairs and towing as needed.
- Maintain clear communication with drivers, providing updates and support.
- Document all incidents and repairs accurately in the system.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on vehicle maintenance and emergency procedures.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive repair or roadside assistance is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday 16:00 - 01.00
