Mission:
Ensure financial stability, transparency, and growth by managing the company’s resources with precision and vision.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Develop capital strategies and manage investor and banking relationships.
• Monitor cost control and profitability across all business units.
• Lead financial analysis based on EBITDA, Working Capital, and Cash Flow Optimization.

Key KPIs:

• EBITDA
• Working Capital Ratio
• Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC)
• Debt-to-Equity Ratio
• Return on Assets (ROA)
• Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
• Lifetime Customer Value (CLV)

Base Salary: MDL 30,000 – 45,000 / month
Annual Total: MDL 360,000 – 540,000

Performance Bonus:
Range: 15% – 30% of annual base salary (≈ MDL 54,000 – 160,000)

Structure:

• 40% based on EBITDA & Working Capital Ratio
• 30% based on Cash Flow Optimization & Debt-to-Equity Ratio
• 20% based on Financial Transparency & Audit Results
• 10% discretionary

Equity Participation:

• Equity Range: 1 – 2% (phantom or real equity)
• Vesting: Over 4 years, contingent on maintaining liquidity and achieving cost control targets.
