Copywriter (with German)

Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Copywriter (with German) to work with our International Partners.

The mission of this job is to facilitate smooth and efficient operations and implementation of all content updating of online portals

what you will be doing:

• Be responsible for the content management system (manage translations for keywords across the portals, create ad-hoc pop-up communications, etc.)
• As a member of our SBP Squad, to join daily sessions (Product Management) and OMD (Development) teams regarding sprint planning and delivery
• To produce for every feature delivered by the sprints or by the quarterly IT releases user manuals and support/quick guides for end users
• To assure content unity/consistency across the portal (wording)
• To be responsible for a new “Wiki” section to be implemented in the portal with support information
• Provide/validate wordings and content (English/German)
• Create quick user guides (English/German)

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Proven experience of coordinating tasks with numerous work streams
• Proven experience of gathering requirements in a complex environment
• Must be fluent in German and English
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Flexible, open and team-oriented person
