Efficient Data Processing, as part of EBTS, is oriented in communication and breakdown service for commercial vehicles in case of an unexpected standstill, caused by tyre problems or technical malfunctions. We are looking for:

The job
As a Customer Service Officer, you will work Monday – Friday in rotating shift between 8h and 21 h (being flexible to work on a Saturday in busy periods). Your main tasks will be :
- Handling phone calls and emails: responding to the customer’s inquiries and intervening parties.
- Gathering information and checking the data for accuracy and completeness.
- Providing technical support and communicating with workshops.
- Updating the customer and all other parties involved.
- Monitoring and controlling agreements with all parties involved.
- Follow-up of all contract-related issues within the established deadlines.

Your profile:
For this job, we are looking for someone who has the following knowledge, experience and skills:
Knowledge & Experience
- Language: Romanian (proficient), Russian (proficient) English (proficient), every additional language is a plus.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, …)
- Technical knowledge (automotive, tyres, …) is a plus but not a must
- No specific experience required
