Customer Service Specialist | BALTI, MD

To strengthen our team in Balti, Republic of Moldova, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist:

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE

• Experience in logistics domain in Automotive industry
• English Language (German Language is an advantage)
• Good MS Office Knowledge
• Communication and relationship skills, responsibility, initiative, and dynamism

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Is responsible to identify root cause of demand deviation with customer, inform and check extra costs to cover increased demand, evaluate impact and realization of sales plan
• Check periodical capacity and customer requirement confirmation (portal, e-mail, etc) based on inputs given by engineering team and customer demands
• Deep involvement into Design Change process during new index of finished good, old index of finished good and end of production management, aligned with customer and plant in the way to avoid any non-conformities
• Check monthly production capacity with plant engineering based on customer demands (for 6 month horizon)
