Freight Broker Sales Representative

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

- Salary range: 14000 lei up to 45000 lei (14000 lei flat + commission)
- Working hours: Monday-Friday from 15:00 till 00:00 (Moldova Time Zone)
- Make Outbound Calls to Obtain New Business and to Move Freight for Existing Customers
- Negotiate Rates
- Track Shipments and Provide Updates to the Customer
- Generate Business Leads
- Create and Maintain Customer Relationships
- Understanding of the logistics sector
- Effective Communication Skills
Required competencies:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Russian, Romanian, and English (B2-C1).
