Frontline Support Specialist / Receptionist
We are an international company providing transport logistics services in the USA. We are looking for a self-motivated and goal-oriented Frontline Support Specialist, Receptionist. The employee is responsible for all incoming calls to the company's main number, initial communication with customers and drivers, as well as accurately recording all information in the CRM system.
Key responsibilities:
1. Receiving and processing incoming calls:
- answering the company's main number;
- determining the purpose of the call;
- correctly forwarding calls to the appropriate department;
- record missed or important messages.
2. Basic communication with customers, drivers, and partners:
- provide general information about the company;
- answer simple questions or forward them to the appropriate employees;
- maintain a professional tone in any situation.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly and retain information
- Ability to multitask
- Knowledge of English at the Upper-intermediate level B2 and fluent Russian
Working Conditions:
