Position Overview:
As the Head of Cash Sales, you will be responsible for developing and managing the cash sales sector within the company. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the microfinance sector, sales management, and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize the cash sales process to maximize revenue generation and operational efficiency.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Set and monitor sales targets, performance metrics, and KPIs to track progress and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cash sales strategies with overall company goals and ensure effective implementation.
• Report on sales performance and propose strategies for ongoing improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership position in the microfinance or financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of cash sales, microfinance products, and market dynamics.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and market trends.
• Fluency in English.
