OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced HSE Manager who has a robust knowledge and can demonstrate significant successes and a record of achievement of the safety management in the workplace, and engage employees in programs that ensure safe practice in the workplace.

KEY TASKS

• Oversee and maintain standards of H&S in the work environment in accordance with current and new Safety and Environment legislation
• Advise management on H&S laws and regulations which affect the company and its employees
• Carry out regular site safety audits, risk assessments and document the findings and implement necessary corrective actions
• Elaborate safety guidelines based on corporate and law requirements
• Provide health & safety trainings on newcomers employees (blue-collar and white-collar workers)
• Maintain and review first aid arrangements, organizing appropriate training as necessary
• Organize trainings and simulate actions for employees in case of an emergency situation
• Conduct Health and Well-being Workshops
• Conduct investigations into accidents or near misses for identifing the root cause of the problem and making recommendations for how to prevent it from happening again
• Annual verify and modify, if it’s necessary, requirements regarding workwear and protective equipment for blue-collar workers
• Consult with internal medical center on medical issues that might arise

THE PROFILE

• Previous 5+ successful experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Familiar with safe working practises
• Understanding current HSE legislation and its impact on the business
• Experience of evaluating environmental aspects and impacts
• Experience in HSE Management systems and procedures
• Highly computer literate including a good working knowledge of MS Office products
• English level in spoken and written language
• Competent in developing systems and procedures
• Problem analysis and decision-making capability
• Willingness to irregular group-wide travel up to 10%
