HR-Consulting (www.search4staff.com), on behalf of its client, is looking for a highly professional and motivated candidate to fill the position of:

Junior Key Account Manager (Home Appliances & Visual Displays)

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing invoices in Excel and verifying truck loading capacity
Creating invoices in NERP and obtaining approvals for invoice discounts
Updating price lists and making changes to invoices upon partner requests
Monitoring prepayments, checking credit limits, and obtaining Sold-to codes
Managing documentation: cargo bills, acceptance acts, release plans, linking models to container numbers
Working with promotional budgets: approval, calculation, and control of applied discounts
Monthly calculation and reconciliation of COOP balances with partners

Requirements:

Experience: 3+ years in a similar position (Key Account Manager, Sales Support, Sales Analyst, Product Manager, etc.)
Languages: Fluent in Romanian and Russian; English at minimum intermediate level
Skills:
- Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, etc.)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, 1C, or similar)
- Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
Education: University degree in Economics, Marketing, or Finance
Preferred industries: Consumer Electronics, FMCG, Retail
