Our team is at the forefront of building the company’s trading ecosystem. We focus on integrations with external trading feed providers and develop advanced trading tools to empower internal traders. Alongside this, we contribute to B2B client-facing features that enhance market competitiveness. Many of these initiatives are cross-team collaborations, while our core product remains centered around the internal trading domain.

- Leading a high-performing tech team;
- Server-side development using .NET 8, ASP.NET Core (Web API), Orleans Framework, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Kafka Connects, Elasticsearch, Docker, Kubernetes;
- Designing and maintaining distributed systems;
- Defining and evolving application architecture;
- Code reviewing and mentoring engineers, fostering continuous skill growth;
- Collaborating closely with Product, QA, and Project Managers to drive predictable delivery and product alignment;
- Improving SDLC practices and delivery predictability.
- Team development & people leadership – proven experience leading and growing engineers, fostering ownership, motivation, and trust within the team;
- Delivery leadership & risk management – track record of predictable delivery, proactive risk handling, and ensuring quality outcomes in Agile/Scrum environments;
- Hands-on technical expertise – strong background in the .NET ecosystem with practical experience designing and maintaining distributed, high-load systems;
- SDLC governance – commitment to engineering excellence through solid review practices, testing standards, and disciplined release management;
- Technical leadership – ability to shape architecture and system design using SOLID principles, OOD, and pragmatic, scalable solutions;
- Cross-team collaboration – effective partnership with Product, QA, and Project Managers to align on priorities, manage dependencies, and drive shared goals;
- Product mindset – understanding business impact behind every technical decision, focusing on value delivery, not just implementation;
- Adaptability – resilience and flexibility to navigate evolving contexts, shifting priorities, and complex technical challenges;
- Upper-Intermediate+ English and fluent Ukrainian.
