Support Specialist 24/7

We are expanding our team and looking for a 24/7 Support Specialist to cover night and weekend shifts. This is not a dispatch or broker role — it’s a support position that ensures drivers and clients always have assistance when the office is closed.

Your Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming driver and customer calls during night shifts
• Monitor truck status, load progress, GPS/ELD alerts, reefer temperature (if applicable)
• Provide first-line assistance: answer questions, guide drivers, give updates
• Escalate urgent matters to on-call managers (breakdowns, accidents, delays)
• Coordinate emergency services (roadside assistance, towing, repairs, police if needed)
• Keep accurate records in the company system and prepare reports for the day team

What We Expect:

• English communication skills (B1–B2 minimum)
• Calm, problem-solving mindset under pressure
• Basic PC knowledge (Excel, TMS, GPS tools); dispatch/support experience is a plus
• Responsibility and reliability — drivers depend on you at night
• Ability to work night shifts and rotating weekends

Work Schedule:

• Shift-based 24/7 coverage (night 00:00–08:00 or 12-hour shifts by rotation)
• Office location: Chișinău (hybrid/remote options discussed individually)
