Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by handling ticketing, reservations, and passenger requests professionally and efficiently
• Process refunds for delayed or cancelled flights
• Answer passenger questions and resolve concerns in a friendly and helpful manner
• Handle customer complaints calmly and constructively, escalating to a supervisor when necessary
• Stay updated on flight schedules and changes, informing passengers when needed
• Deliver high-quality service over the phone and build long-term customer relationships

Requirements

• Availability for night shift work
• Strong English communication skills (B2+)
• GDS knowledge (Sabre) and experience in the travel industry
• Prior experience in the same role
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Empathy and customer-oriented mindset
• Attention to detail
