We are looking for:
Trucking Claims Specialist
Atlas Freight is a well-established trucking company seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Trucking Claims Specialist to manage and resolve insurance claims related to our fleet operations. We are looking for a candidate with experience in handling claims, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and manage claims involving trucking accidents, damages, and liability.
- Communicate with insurance companies, drivers, and other third parties to resolve claims.
- Prepare necessary documentation and ensure all required paperwork is completed.
- Review and assess claim validity, negotiate settlements, and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of claims activity and follow up on pending cases.
- Assist with internal reporting and provide updates to management.
- Provide excellent customer service to drivers and clients throughout the claims process.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Claims Specialist in the trucking or transportation industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of insurance claims processes and procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple claims and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and claims management software.
- Ability to work independently and remotely if necessary.
What We Offer:
- Salary starting from $1,500 per month, with opportunities for growth.
