Web Content Management Expert

Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Web Content Management Expert to work with our International Partners.

The role will be responsible for maintaining the content on our Partner's website and trading the website, following the great objective of providing the best customer experience and acquire customers with amazing content.

what you will be doing:

• Maintain and update the content of the website, create new pages, updating campaigns, promotions and offers using ButterCMS
• Editing and maintaining daily features for web
• Scope, schedule and manage content updates
• Keep the team regularly updated on progress of tasks through JIRA ticket management
• Work alongside the Marketing & Commercial teams to manage the launch of new promotional campaigns and ensure all content is updated in a timely manner
• Collaborate with Product Design team to deliver content in line with users' need

what we are looking for:

• Strong written and spoken English
• Experience with Content Management Systems, basic HTML and CSS experience
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong IT skills across Microsoft and Google packages, Jira, Trello, Confluence
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Creative, quick thinker. Proactive and eager to learn, experiment, and test different solutions
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines
• A collaborative team player, with an interest in seeing the bigger cross-functional picture of the marketing department and business as a whole - not just doing “copy-paste” tasks
• Diligent and detail-oriented, able to handle meticulous and repetitive tasks with precision
• Patient and persistent, comfortable working on focused, sometimes very monotonous assignments
