Job Description
You’ll be the voice of our company to our customers.

Responsibilities:
• Assisting customers by e-mail (and sometimes by telephone), by answering inquiries, responding to complaints, and explaining company policies and procedures.
• Have a level of independent work ability in order to manage exceptional customer communications that do not fit the models of predefined texts.
• Building trust by understanding the unique needs of our customers, and resolving those needs effectively and efficiently.
• Researching customer records and acting as liaison between customers, management, suppliers and other departments to resolve inquiries and solve problems.
• Be in communication with colleagues in the Customer Service area to support each other and share experiences, knowledge and situations that may arise.
• Performing other related tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
• Must have at least 1 year of experience working in Customer Service.
• Advanced in English, both written and verbal (mandatory)
• Advanced PC user
• Advanced Microsoft Office, Gmail, Chrome and GoogleDrive user.
• Since you will be working remotely, you must have your own computer and Smartphone, and good Internet access
Skills:
• Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines.
• Be flexible and patient.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, effectively communicating verbally and in writing.
• Work in a team-based environment and achieve common goals.
• Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and composure at all times, including stressful situations.
• Establish and maintain a cooperative working relationship with those contacted in the course of work, including the general public.
• Evaluate situations, identify problems, and exercise sound independent judgment within established guidelines.
