Maintenance Coordinator

About Us:
UE LINE INC is a fast‑growing U.S. trucking company committed to safe, on‑time deliveries. Our fleet department keeps over 200 trucks running smoothly—and we’re looking for a organized and efficient Maintenance Coordinator to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan & Schedule: Set up maintenance appointments and monitor upcoming services
• Communicate: Talk and write clearly with U.S. drivers, shop personnel, and internal teams
• Support Drivers: Be the first point of contact for breakdowns, repair questions, and emergency needs
• Record Keeping: Log completed services and update our maintenance database

Qualifications:

• Experience in maintenance coordination or related support role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset

Requirements:

• No prior experience needed—we’ll teach you everything
• Strong verbal and written English skills (you’ll be talking to U.S. customers and vendors)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in the trucking industry is a plus.
