Trucking dispatcher without experience (1000$-3000$)

American company, is looking for responsible ambitious people to join our dispatch team with NO experience.

The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming internal and external customer phone calls, exercising judgment within specification of standard practices;
• Handle complex customer queries and complaints;
• Work in the software transport management system;
• Resolve a wide variety requests, which include gathering additional information, setting expectations and working with other support organisations.

Desired Qualifications:

• Required Computer and Software Skills: Basic experience using computers.
• Experience using dispatch and trucking software preferred.
• Excellent customers service, taking orders and making transport plan.
• Ability to keep calm in stressful situations, flexible willing to work in day and switch also to middle shift.
• Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Ability to put together a team of professionals.
• Availability to work Mon-Fri 15:00 to 00: 00.
