Role Summary
As a Customer Delivery Specialist, you will support a portfolio of clients and their logistics partners by ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate data flow, and responsive support. This role is a blend of customer service, operational coordination, and basic technical troubleshooting — all aimed at delivering a top-tier client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Carrier Support
- Guide carriers through the onboarding process (mobile apps, telematics, TMS).
- Address incoming questions and resolve user issues with clear, step-by-step support.
- Monitor and improve data accuracy and service quality.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Partner with Customer Success and Implementation teams for seamless operations.
- Escalate and follow up on technical issues with relevant internal teams.
- Contribute to product improvement through client feedback and issue reporting.
Data & Performance Monitoring
- Track KPIs like response time, satisfaction scores, and data quality.
- Assist in maintaining knowledge base content to improve client self-service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support or project coordination, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Proficient in English (B2/C1); French is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn technical tools and processes (APIs, integrations, etc.).
- Experience in logistics or supply chain is a plus but not required.
