- Identify carrier capacity and negotiate competitive rates for freight services
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and carriers
- Coordinate and monitor freight shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and communication with clients
- Experience in freight brokerage or a similar role in logistics industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales or brokerage targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship-building capabilities and customer-oriented mindset
- Multi-tasking skills: manage multiple accounts and shipments
- Availability to work night shifts Monday - Friday from 15:00 to 00:00
