USPS Carrier Sales Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated USPS Carrier Sales Manager to join our fast-growing logistics team!
If you have strong communication skills, enjoy building relationships, and know how to negotiate and move freight — this role is perfect for you.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with USPS carriers
- Provide top-quality service to customers and carriers
- Sell and book loads efficiently and profitably
- Track and trace all active shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Negotiate rates and secure capacity
- Communicate with carriers and clients by phone, email, and load boards
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Work closely with the dispatch and operations team
- Maintain accurate data in TMS and internal CRM
- High-level English communication skills (Advanced required)
- Experience in logistics, sales, or carrier relations is an advantage
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, organized, and results-driven personality
- Phone-confident and customer-oriented
- Ability to solve problems independently and stay calm under pressure
